Block level sports held at Nerhe Phezha

Kohima, February 26 (MExN): Under the aegis of the Nerhe Phezha Youth Organisation (NPYO) and under the sponsorship of the Nehru Yuva Kendra, (NYK) Kohima, a day long Block Level Sports meet was held on February 22 at Nerhe Phezha Local ground.

According to a press statement issued NPYO President, Rükhieneizo, Air Rifle Shooting-Shoot the target not Bird and High Jump for both Men & Women were the events of the day competition.

Meanwhile, the formal program was led by Rükhieneizo, President NPYO, opening prayer and declaration of a day sports was performed by Vilelie, Deacon, CRC Nerhe Phezha. The prize distribution ceremony was also held at Nerhe-Phezha Panchayat Hall, where Dizolie, GB, Nerhe Phezha give away the Cash Prizes to the winners.
