Dimapur, May 13 (MExN): Around 16-year-old boy, who was found loitering around near Old Over Bridge, Burma Camp, Dimapur by a citizen on April 5, was produced before the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) Dimapur and is currently under its protection. A press release from CWC Dimapur member, Takatoba said that the child appears to be confused and mentally unsound and keeps changing his statements. The child said he is from Bihari community and his father is a boat sailor, according to the release. He also mentioned about his step mother and his five siblings, it added.
