Kiphire District Bharat Scouts and Guides during the Foundation Day programme on November 7.
Kiphire, November 7 (MExN): Along with the rest of the country the Kiphire District Bharat Scouts and Guides observed National Foundation Day of BSG at Zisaji Presidency Government College's campus on November 7.
At the programme, DOC (G) Imtinaro Longkumer led the proceedings of the flag ceremony and encouraged the gathering to be more active in the movement. Scout Master Longtise Sangtam highlighted the significance of the day while ADOC (S) Tsipise Antony delivered a short speech.
Foundation day cake was cut and shared with the children after the flag ceremony and the Scouts and Guides shared their tiffins with their friends and ate together, according to a press release.
