
Kohima, August 7 (MExN): The BSNL has opened Customer Service Center (CSC) at Nagaland Secretariat Kohima Telephone Exchange to serve the employees of Nagaland Secretariat Kohima.
The CSC will serve the people in the following customer services; New post paid and pre paid Connections, SIM modifications, SIM replacement, Mobile Number Portability, Migration of 2G,3G SIM to 4G SIM and Bill payment for Mobile, Land Line, Broadband and leased Circuits.
This was stated in a release issued by Er.Zarenthung Kikon, Assistant General Manager (Marketing), Kohima Division.
