Is burden of taxation a contributory factor?

Are not the Nagas getting a special economic package from GoI as a state? The only differences are that these packages are enjoyed by those in political powers and the current packages on a negotiating table would be enjoyed by the nationalist leaders. It’s uncertain what would be left for the common people who had been longing for the solution. As always the common man will be left with nothing other than to endure suffering while the man’s in power salvage the sweet savoring of honey at the expense of the blood of common man who had immensely contributed to struggle for identity in the form of taxation.

Are the struggle for identity deduced to such an extent that the burden of taxation had put to kneel down the Nagas to accept anything that is placed on before them to do away as means of eliminating the menace of taxation. Who is responsible for this menace, none other but the Nagas themselves. If the people are not siding on the favor to carry on the struggle and wanted to end the nightmare of uncertainties, the Naga nationalist leaders had none other to blame.

They themselves had created this realm of hatred for them, over through these years; they had fooled the public in the name of struggle imposing taxation, which end up in the brick and sands building up a beautiful mansions and palace for themselves irking the masses to disassociate from the idea of identity of struggle until the dividend brothers come as one with one goal, the moods of the peoples might remain unchanged.

The Naga publics are also equally responsible for nurturing the menace of taxation, the weakness of the civil organizations and bodies paved the way for this menace, it could have ended by the Nagas themselves, had they stood in one accord and say, Enough is enough. Thanks to the efforts put by ACAUT under the leadership of Khekiye Sema in easing the burden of excessive taxation.  The fire die down if it’s not constantly checked on.

Don’t blame the Hitler for bringing the menace, the people themselves should be blamed for giving the power to Hitler. Nagas cannot go on blaming the UGs alone for taxation, it have to look into the root cause of disease within selves and to seal the fate of the whole of the Nagas with economic packages and certain political privilege would be a greatest sin genociding the future of the generations of the Nagas.

How are the leaders who are said to be representing the Nagas actually representing the Nagas?  Are they taking the views, opinions, consulting the public at the ground level, in the villages, areas, wards, colonies, constituencies of whom they said to be representing? Are the leaders asking enough questions and getting an answer on the behalf of the Nagas to the GoI or are they simply acquainted with just nodding their heads off to whatever being said to them? What if the GoI of India failed to stand on the promises they promised? What if the new successive government does not honor the pact, what if their attitude towards the agreement drives away indifferently to the promises made to the Nagas?

Will the NDA government under the leadership of PM Modi firm to truly fulfill all the promises in the agreement or will this be just another scheme of lies as usual? Would the current economic health of the India be able to talk as promised? The government of the day looks into eye to eye and fools people, would it be trust worthy? What if the GoI failed to fulfill the promises? Would the Naga leaders be ready to take the responsibility to the generations of compromising their future at the behest of monetary value before striking the final deal?
