Khulazu Basa, January 7 (MExN): The 36th session of the Chokri Area Baptist Youth Fellowship (CABYF) got underway at Khulazu Basa village under the theme ‘stand firm’ on January 6.
Delegates from nine villages under Chokri area, Phek district, including Khulazu Bawe, Thenyizu, Chetheba town, Khulazu Basa, North Kikruma, Chesezu, Thipuzu, Phusachodu, Kikruma, are participating in the session, a press release stated.
Chokri Area Baptist Church Council, Chairman, Rev Vevotso Theluo hoisted the flag. Kehuve Chuzho, pastor of Khulazu Basa Baptist Church, spoke on the topic 'stand firm in the truth'.
Solo competition from all the nine villages was witnessed on the first day. Earlier, during the opening ceremony, hoist church Khulazu Basa Children Ministry performed choreography.
