The King Uzziah reigned Israel for 52 years. But God let him suffered a dreadful disease, the leprosy till to the day of his death, because he tried to do the holy worshipping activities himself against the wishes of the priests as found in the Bible. This was all because though he might be a king he was not worthy to perform the holy worshipping activities like those of priests.
When Solomon was the king of Israel, he built a temple with Gold, silver and other precious materials in Jerusalem city making it a magnificent and glorious one. But Jesus has said that, that magnificent building of the temple would be thrown down and not one stone there would be left on another. Accordingly, that magnificent building of the temple was thrown down and even the city and people in it were made ruined by the enemies, because though the church was good, there was many sins in the city.
In holy worshipping activities, we Christians often invites VIPs to be the chief guests. But according to the Bible, it says, ‘to give to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s and so according to that, our God may not accept our inviting the VIPs to be the chief guests in holy worshipping activities as it is perceived that even though the king Uzziah was from a chosen nation, Israel, but God rejected his sacrificed activities and smitten him to death.
Now, let us think, whether it is a proper we should invite the VIPs or the religion leaders to be the chief guests in holy worshipping activities? There is a need to think deeply and decide to select and invite the right person to be the chief guest in every holy worshipping activities. If not so, even if many developments are accomplished, there may come destruction like to Jerusalem city instead of blessing.
Therefore, may I share my opinion and suggestion that let NBCC bring out certain guidelines for the chief guest in holy worshipping activities, so that it may be acceptable to our Father, Jehova and bless us.
Dear readers, this very subject of above mentioned pained my mind, made me feel uneasy for so long. Today I in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ am compelled to write this for all the believers as I no longer could control my mind.
