Dimapur, July 15 (MExN): Can Youth organised an awareness programme on mental health and hygiene at Neisatuo Colony, Khermahal, Dimapur which was attended by more than 40 children and adolescents.
The programme featured engaging activities led by Augustine, an intern, who educated the children on maintaining their mental and physical health. Interactive games and creative exercises, such as writing Do’s and Don’ts on chart paper, ensured active participation and enjoyment.
The campaign imparted valuable knowledge, emphasising the importance of mental health and hygiene practices among young people. The programme was assisted by Augustine Kachwa, MSW 3rd semester, intern from Bosco Institute, Jorhat. Lumli Y Sangtam, BSW 3rd semester, intern from Tetso College, Dimapur and Binod Dey, Assistant Project Developer, Can Youth, Dimapur.
