Can Youth organises prog for successful candidates of Adolescent clubs

Dimapur, June 10 (MExN): Can Youth organised a felicitation programme under its Project Development 4 Adolescent (D4A) for the successful candidates of class 10 and 12 of Adolescent clubs from Namgalong colony of ward 5 and 22, Neisatuo colony, Hazadisa village, Munglumukh village and Ganeshnagar village on June 10.

Supported by IDeA the ant, it was held at Namgalong Rongmei Council Hall, Dimapur with Kuhoi Yepthomi, Advisor, Can Youth and Vice President, New Business Owner Association (NMBOA) as special guest.

Kuhoi Yepthomi encouraged the students saying, “Remember to be true to yourself; not just to get bookish knowledge but to cultivate all good qualities. Then, you can become good human beings and leader of tomorrow.” He also mentioned that a person needs to change from within to become a better in society. 

Welcome and keynote address was delivered by Zhove Lohe, board member, Can Youth. Lohe shared about how Can Youth started working with Adolescents club and the aims, objectives and values of working with the adolescents towards better tomorrow. 

Invocation and dedication prayer for the students was done by Marina Rongmei, former trainer, Can Youth. The programme was chaired by Nuyielu Nyekha Project Lead, Can Youth with vote of thanks by Mary Konyak, Project Coordinator, D4A, Can Youth Dimapur.
