DIMAPUR, MARCH 27 (MExN): The Public Service Aspirants of Nagaland (PSAN) today extended support to the call made by the ACAUT Nagaland for Nagaland State Government to cancel all “illegal appointments.”
“It is the right of every educated person to get a free and fair opportunity in matters of employment and hence, the politicians should not hinder the development and progress of the upcoming generation by appointing only their canditates in an unethical and unfair manner,” the PSAN said in a press note.
PSAN viewed that the present government “will do a great deal of welfare to the educated unemployed young men and women of Nagaland if a Staff Selection Commission/Board in line with the central government’s Staff Selection Commission could be set up for recruitment to those posts which do not come under the purview of NPSC.” It meanwhile acknowledged MLA Mhonlumo Kikon “for his queries in the NLA session.”
