DIMAPUR, JUNE 23 (MExN): The Kohima Baptist Pastors' Fellowship (KBPF) will organize a ‘Candlelight Vigil: Standing in Prayer for Manipu on June 25 (Sunday) at 6 PM at the NBCC Convention Center, Kohima, in view of the ongoing violence in Manipur.
A press note issued by KBPF president, Rev Vezopa Rhakho and general secretary, Dr Ruokuovilie Sachü said the event is being organized to pray for peace in Manipur, and for those who are suffering as a result of the ongoing violence.
Informing this, the KBPF has called upon every Christian, irrespective of denomination, to join the said event, and participate in the prayer vigil.
