Kohima, July 31 (MExN): The Capital College of Higher Education (CCHE), Kohima observed its 15th Freshers’ meet at State Academy Hall, Kohima under the theme 'New Beginning' on July 30
Vezuhu Keyho, chairman of CCHE governing body Vezuhu Keyho graced that occasion as guest speaker and told the students to have vision and target in their life. He advised the students that their attitude will determine the altitude. He told the students to be persistent and be determined with discipline. As fresher students, they are entering into a new environment, new horizon and for which they need to be careful and choose friends wisely, he said.
The annual college magazine 'Capitalum 2021-22' was released by the guest speaker.
On the occasion, the college topper from the recently declared Nagaland University undergraduate examination Leiying Konyak have been felicitated along with other students who scored distinction.
Faculty members in whose papers the students scored distinction were also recognized at the programme.
Earlier, welcome address was delivered by Nuvota Khamo, president CCHESU while Khrievilie spoke on behalf of the freshers. Vote of thanks was proposed by Vecuta.
