Mokokchung, March 18 (MExN): A one day career guidance programme was conducted at Fazl Ali College, Mokokchung on March 16 on the theme ‘Career Pulse’ with two sessions. The first session was moderated by Watimongla, Associate Professor and HoD, English Department. Chubayangla, Principal of the College delivered the welcome address. The resource person for the first session, Rajesh Soundararajan IAS, ADC, Mokokchung gave a presentation on the theme “Career Pulse” from the perspective of civil services examination. The resource person for the second session Dr. Upasana Bora Sinha, Associate Professor, Chemistry Department, Nagaland University, Lumami spoke on the topic “The Enriching and Interesting World of Academics and Research”. The second session emphasised on the prospects on research in the domain of higher education. The session was moderated by Dr. Abhijit Borah, Associate Professor, Department of Physics. The two presentations on careers in civil services and higher education infused much enthusiasm among the students.
