Kohima, August 27 (MExN): The Directorate of Youth Resources and Sports has announced that the cash award programme for meritorious sportspersons for the year 2024-25 will be held on August 29, 2025 at 10 AM at IG Stadium, Kohima, in commemoration of National Sports Day.
The awards will be presented to athletes who have won medals in recognised disciplines or tournaments affiliated to the Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) at the international, national and North East levels.
The Directorate informed that medal winners selected for the award are requested to contact their respective State Sports Association to confirm eligibility.
