JALUKIE, OCTOBER 25 (MExN): The Peren District Level Under-14 ‘Catch Them Young Tournament 2021’ organized by the Department of Youth Resources and Sports in collaboration with the Peren District Athletics Association (PDAA) was held on October 22 at Jalukie ‘B’ Local Ground. 

Speaking on the occasion as the special guest, Head GB, Jalukie ‘B’, Tatei stressed on how modern sport and games can uplift the future generations in society. Exhorting the participants, Tatei expressed his zeal and aspirations towards the youngsters and also encouraged them to move forward and set target to play/represent the State even at the national and international level. PDAA President, Elia Nring delivered a welcome note and words of exhortation and encouragement were delivered by PDAA Advisor, Kadilinbo.

District Sports Officer, Peren, Asekho Talie graced the closing ceremony and gave away certificates and cash to the winners. PDAA Vice President, Huzengluibo proposed the vote of thanks.
