Phek, May 14 (MExN): The Chakhesang Baptist Church Council successfully conducted Pastors’ Fellowship under the theme, ‘The Good Shepherd lays down his life for the sheep’ from May 10-12 at Phek Village Baptist Church.
About 90 Pastors from different churches under CBCC attended the Fellowship. An ordination program was also conducted for two CBCC officials – Velacüyi Khamo, Finance Secretary and Cefüyi Keyho, CBCC Missionary on May 12 which was administered by Rev. Khrütsoyi Luruo, President CBCC.
It may be mentioned that inclusive of the two newly ordained officials, CBCC presently has 43 ordained ministers. The gospel speakers in the Fellowship are Rev. Akha Shupao & Rev. Mese Rhakho while the resource persons are Rev. Dr. Vezopa Tetseo Executive Secretary, CBCC and Dr. Reyosalu Lase Vizo ,District Nodal Officer, Tobacco Control Program Phek District.
