Phek, January 10 (MExN): The Chakhesang Christian Revival Church Children Association (CCRCCA), Nagaland 9th General Session was held from January 6 to 8 at Sodzulhou CRC, 6th Mile, Dimapur under the theme ‘Living in God’s Light’.
Altogether 22 churches from different districts of Phek, Kohima, Peren and Dimapur participated in the event. The total delegate registered was 775 on the first day and total attendees on final day rose to 1300. The main speaker for the session was Dr Adela Mero, Administrator, Rainbow Academy, Resource Center and Rokosano Koza, Associate Pastor, CCRC (Upper PWD), Kohima.
The Association also organized the ‘evening melodies’, a musical program on Saturday evening with Chotisuh Sazo, Speaker, Nagaland Legislative Assembly as the honoured guest in aid of CCRCCA office construction.
A press release issued by CCRCCA), Nagaland stated that the jam-packed crowds were enthralled by the special appearance of Nagaland Singing Ambassadors, Zenith Band, Ado Kezo, Vevo Ringa, Lhiwe-ü Rabvo and Tali Angh.
On Sunday, January 8, a total of 27 Sunday school children were baptized by Rev. Zhowhüyi Nyekha. A new team under the president ship of Wekhrope Marhu was also installed for the tenure 2017 to 2019.
