CCRCYA Youth Symposium held

Phek, June 2 (MExN): Chakhesang Christian Revival Churches Youth Association’s 'Youth Symposium' was held from May 27 to 29 at Mission Centre Chetheba, Phek under the theme ‘Revamping for God's Glory.’  

A press release issued by President CCRCYA, Veshe Chizo informed that following resource persons spoke on respective topics: Rev. Vevozo Khamo, Executive Secretary, CCCRC - 'Holy Spirit Movement'; Kevekha Kevin Zehol, Joint Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Municipal Affairs & President, Nagaland Civil Service Association - 'Christian Ethical Values and Naga Society; Zapra Chakhesang, former NPSC Chairman - 'Formation and Significance of Christian Revival Church' & 'Politics and its impact on Christianity'; Evangelist Kevisilie, Board of Mission Secretary, CCCRC - 'Traditional Attires, Cultural Songs, Dances, Festivals and Revival Principles'; and Evangelist Ado Kezo – ‘Importance of praise & worship and outreach mission'.  

The moderators were Vekhrolo Koza, Rural Development Officer, Government of Nagaland; Er Vethivolu Nyekha, SDO PWD National Highways, Government of Nagaland; and Rukuvoto Ringa, Superintendent, Juvenile Justice, Social welfare Department. Er. Daniel Kevie, SDO PWD Road & Bridges; Veteu Koza, Tourist Assistant; and Neiteu Koza, Advocate counseled the youths on their own respective profession. Around 100 youths from different churches attended the three-day long symposium.
