Kohima, January 19 (MExN): The Centre Chakhesang Sports Association (CCSA) will hold its 55th General session from January 23 to 28 at Upper Khomi in Phek district under the theme ““Excellence in sports through unity.”
Tongpang Ozukum, minister PWD (H&M), Government of Nagaland and Nezosa Tetseo, President, Phek District Sports Association, will be gracing the occasion as inaugural speaker and the valedictory speaker respectively. Seven units under CCSA; Gidemi, Lower Khomi, Middle Khomi, Pholami, Porba, Sakraba and Upper Khomi will join the meet, according to CCSA press secretary Kuto Nienu.
The meet will be marked by track and field events, football, volleyball, basketball and wrestling. The session will be hosted by Upper Khomi Youth Organization.
Upper Khomi lies 37 kms from Pfutsero and 26 kms from Phek district headquar
