Arsashi Ozukum, a well known local artiste presenting a number at a free concert organized by the Dilong Youth Association (DYA) on Tuesday, August 2 at the new Shopping Complex, Mokokchung. The DYA in commemoration of a decade of its existence organized a free ‘Celebratory Concert’ at the New Shopping Complex with local MLA Toshipokba as the Chief Guest.
