Mon, October 6 (DIPR): Minister of State (Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India) Sudarshan Bhagat visited Eklavya Model Residential School Tizit on October 5. During his visit the Minister urged upon all to come forward and avail the various opportunities being provided by the government and also lauded the efforts made by the teachers and the students in achieving good results in the board examination during the previous years. The Minister also extended gratitude to the Sangha village for donating the land for the construction of the school which would benefit the students of the area.He also assured to extend his all possible help for the development of the school. The Minister was accompanied by C.M Chang, Advisor, Planning & Coordination and several other dignitaries. Eklavya Model Residential very School was established in 2007 is funded by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs Govt of India and maintained by the Society of Nagaland Tribal Welfare Education and residential institution NTWERI.
