Kohima, October 14 (MExN): As part of the Impact 5000 by 18, ‘Centre of Excellence for Entrepreneurship’ housed at the YouthNet main office, near Kohima College, Billy Graham Road, Kohima will be launched on October 17 by Chief Minister TR Zeliang.
“There is an urgent need to promote entrepreneurship in the state and we wish to create a vibrant ecosystem for our entrepreneurs through this Centre,” YouthNet stated in a press release. “Apart from various interventions like entrepreneurship development programmes, training, networking avenues, financial linkages and exposure opportunities, we believe it is imperative that a formal centre for entrepreneurship is created,” the release said. It was added that the centre will act as a ‘one stop centre’ for the entrepreneurs’ needs offering various services like auditing, legal advice, financial linkages, partnership, peer learning, information on government schemes, etc.
