NEW DELHI, FEBRUARY 27 (MExN): The CEO of NITI Nagaland participated in the School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL) Conclave held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on February 21 and 22. The event was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with the Prime Minister of Bhutan, Tshering Tobgay, also in attendance.

The conclave, a national initiative led by Prime Minister Modi, aims to foster leadership development among young individuals across the country. The two-day event gathered around 150 delegates from various states and union territories to discuss and cultivate leadership qualities necessary for nation-building.

Key speakers at the conclave included prominent leaders such as Ashwini Vaishnaw, Union Minister for Railways; Bhupender Yadav, Union Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change; and Baijayant Panda, BJP National Vice President. Other notable speakers included Dr. Kiran Bedi, India's first woman IPS officer, Shaktikanta Das, and Kamlesh D Patel (Daaji), Heartfulness Guide. Business leaders, journalists, and sports figures such as Sunil Bharti Mittal, Gukesh, Rahul Kanwal, and PR Sreejesh also contributed to the discussions.

The primary focus of the conclave was to foster leadership qualities that can contribute to India’s goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047, in time for the centenary of its independence.
