The Chai Sangmang Youth Fellowship (CSYF) marked the celebration of 25 years of faith and fellowship under the theme “Rekindle the Fire” at Christ Nagamese Baptist Church in Tuensang town on July 11.

Mosha Lashem, Associate Pastor Youth at Tuensang Town Baptist Lashong (TTBL), delivered a sermon centered on 2 Timothy 1:6. Lashem urged the congregation to reignite their passion, faith, and dedication, drawing parallels between spiritual fervor and a fire that dims without attention. He encouraged attendees to nurture their gifts and seek a renewed connection with God to restore their spiritual vitality and impact the world with renewed strength and purpose.

The jubilee celebration commenced with an opening act by CSYF, followed by a Bible reading and invocation prayer by L Yangten, Pastor of Christ Nagamese Baptist Church. The congregation then sang the hymn “In Thy Name, O Lord Assembling,” before Imtinungsang, Convenor of the Planning Committee, delivered the welcome address.
Changsang, Pastor of Police Baptist Church in Tuensang, led a poignant prayer in remembrance of deceased fellowship members. The event featured a musical performance by the singing group Sanou Thangjam from Chai Sangmang as well as choral song by the Chaolu Sector Youth Fellowship, along with short speeches from Bendangchuba, President of Chai Sangmang Union; L Chaangsonla, former Youth Director of TTBL; Langasomba, former President of CSYF; and Makhiba, Treasurer of CSYF.

A highlight of the celebration was the dedication of the Jubilee Souvenir, followed by a sermon from the speaker. Chubasenti, President of CSYF, offered a heartfelt vote of thanks. The event concluded with the hymn “The Year of Jubilee,” a mass prayer, and a jubilee feast.
