MLA Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu today inaugurated the office of the Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO) at Phek town.
Addressing the gathering, Azo expressed happiness over the CPO team for concentrating its activities in the District HQ. Phek.
He said the inauguration of the CPO office at Phek will go a long way in enhancing various welfare activities and overall development of the Chakhesang community.
He also sought the support of each and every individual towards making the Phek District HQ as one of the most developed and cleanest towns in the state.
Further, Azo called for mass participation of the public at the 7th Brotherhood Meet 2016 of Chakhesang-Sumi scheduled for April 29 at Phek town. Ex- minister Vejoi Vero and Phek Area Public Organization (PAPO) president Vezhehii Vero also addressed the gathering.
Earlier, Phek Town Baptist Church (PTBC) pastor Thupuchiyi Khesoh prayed for the programme. The function was chaired by CPO president Kekhwengulo Lea. The office is located at Phek Town Council (PTC) office premises.
