Deplorable conditions of Changtongya-Longleng Road, which was allegedly abandoned by the SARDP-NE since 2013. Since then the state government have not shown any seriousness despite of several appeals by different NGOs and concerned citizens. This is the lifeline to the Phom Community, however the responsible department and the government have neglected for many years, leaving the people in a miserable condition.
