DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 4 (MExN): The Changtongya-Longleng road of NH-702 is now open to all kinds of motor traffic, including heavy vehicles, informed a notice issued through the DIPR today. However, drivers of both light motor vehicles and heavy vehicles passing through the Longleng-Changtongya NH-702 road have been advised to exercise utmost caution while traversing the affected area. They have also been advised not to halt, stop, or park their vehicles in or around landslide-affected areas to avoid risks to themselves and their co-passengers.
