DIMAPUR, APRIL 21 (MExN): The Chakhesang Colony Women Organization has cautioned that it will not allow any outsiders to indulge in anti-social activities within the colony jurisdiction. If anyone is found guilty, action shall be initiated as per the nature of crime, it stated.
This was one of the resolve taken during a meeting held on Friday to deliberate on a number of issues concerning the welfare of its women members as well as the citizens of Chakhesang colony.
According to a press release issued by the CCWO secretary W. Alila Kapfo, the meeting also resolved to strictly monitor drug peddling/abuse in the colony and those found guilty would be dealt with sternly as per the law.
Meanwhile the house also elected new office bearers for the tenure of 2023-25. The new team is led by Mrs Ashene Ritse as president and W Nino Lohe as secretary.
