Chief Minister urges youth to uphold honesty & sincerity

Kohima, October 6 (MExN): During a brief stopover in Chare en route to Tuensang Town, Chief Minister TR Zeliang today interacted with student leaders of Chare at a reception programme organised by Chare Students’ Union.  

A press release from Press Secretary to the CM said that Zeliang called upon the youths to uphold the principle of good character, honesty and sincerity, while maintaining that student community and youths in general shoulder immense responsibility in building the future of the society.  

“What we do today will decide the future of tomorrow,” he added.  

Urging upon the gathering to work together in unison for a better future, the CM opined that “whatever loopholes we face in our society today can be addressed in the best possible way if we work together in unison.”  

The Chief Minister accompanied by Minister for Power, Kipili Sangtam; Advisor for Planning & Coordination, CM Chang; and a host of Government dignitaries and public leaders is scheduled to grace the 25th edition of Loyem Memorial Senior Soccer Open Championship in Tuensang Town on Saturday.
