Dimapur, May 11 (MExN): The Government of India has resolved that the immovable property returns of all the IAS officers in the country would be displayed on the website of DoPT with immediate effect. As per the letter received from the GOI, it has not received the immovable property returns for the year 2010 from 21 IAS officers of Nagaland cadre, informed Chief Secretary Lalthara in a press note
Therefore, the officers are reminded to submit their immovable property returns for the year 2010 (due in January 2011) to the P& AR department immediately, and in any case not later than May 20, 2011 for further submission to the GOI. Failure to do so may invite disciplinary action from the government of India.
The 21 officers are: Secretary of School Education Bendangkokba, Secretary of YR& Sports Bendang Longchari, Deputy Commissioner of Tuensang YL Jami, Anil Kumar(On Deputation to GOI), ACS & Dev Commissioner Alemtemshi Jamir, ACS & Commissioner, N/L Banuo Z Jamir, ACS & Finance Commissioner Toshi Aier, Principal Secretary & APC HK Khulu, Commissioner & Secretary, G & M Horti Sentiyanger Imchen, Commissioner & Secretary of School Education Imkonglemba Ao, Secretary of DUDA TC Sangtam, Secretary of PHE/Fisheries Zhaleo Rio, Commissioner of Taxes & Excise M Patton, Secretary to Governor R Ramakrishnan, Abhijit Sinha (On Deputation to Bihar), Secretary of Irrigation & FC B Thawang Konyak, Secretary of Economics & Statistics L Daniel Longchar, Secretary of Home LR Meilemla Pongener, Secretary of Urban Dev Norman Putsure, Dr Anu Agarwal (On Deputation to Punjab) and Joint Secretary Abhishek Prakash.
