Peren, August 6 (MExN): The monthly meeting of Peren District Planning and Development Board was held on August 6 in the DC's Conference Hall, New DC Complex Peren under the chairmanship of DC & Vice Chairman DPDB Peren, Sentiwapang Aier.
A DIPR report stated that Deputy Commissioner, Sentiwapang Aier welcomed new board members and reviewed the last meeting minutes. Matter relating to District Awards was discussed where he asked all Departments to send their respective Departments proposals.
Peren Child Line 1098 gave a presentation highlighting the Child Line 1098 services in restoration of missing children, emotional support & guidance, medical assistance, linking children to shelter services, protection of children from abuse, providing assistance in availing sponsorship, reporting of missing children and providing information about Child Line and volunteering.
Child line Peren stated that in collaboration with Police Department, Administration, Education Department, Municipal Council and wards it plays a vital role in fulfilling the activities of Child line across the world.
DC Peren requested all the heads of offices to be in station and also attend DPDB meetings stating valid reasons for being absent. He also emphasized on mass social work on August 9 and requested all heads of offices to sincerely carry out their respective works as per the work distribution.
