BEIJING, April 24 (Reuters): China's economic and social development still faces significant uncertainties amid the coronavirus pandemic, Premier Li Keqiang has said.

 

The government will step up adjustment of macroeconomic policies and make implementation of policies more efficient to offset the impact of the epidemic, Li said, according to a statement on the state council website on Friday.
