Chinese Institute Dimapur signs MOU with Qingdao Technological Univ, China

Dimapur, June 13 (MExN): A Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between Chinese Institute Dimapur and Qingdao Technological University, China, making it easier for Naga students wishing to learn Chinese language.
Students can learn the beginner’s course in Chinese language and culture in Dimapur and then proceed to Qingdao College situated near Beijing for advanced courses, which range from 6 months to 2 years. Students also have the option of going directly to Qingdao, China, informed a press note.
The institute’s director Jenny Haining Murry said that besides learning Chinese language and culture at Qinqdao, students can also join elective courses like Chinese architecture design, Tai ji, Kung Fu, Chinese painting, A survey to China, Chinese literature etc.
“This is a good opportunity for students to learn Chinese language at one of China’s most well-known universities. Chinese language is gaining importance world-wide due to China’s growing economy and opens up a wide range of employment opportunities for students,” the note said.
