Kohima, April 18 (MExN): The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party's President, Chingwang Konyak, has been appointed as the Chairman of People's Democratic Alliance (PDA) Coordination Committee. The Cabinet Secretariat notified on April 14 that Konyak was appointed to the post by the Governor of Nagaland "in the status of a Cabinet Minister with immediate effect". In the previous tenure, Konyak served as the PDA Chairperson and Advisor to the Chief Minister with the same status.
