Chümoukedima, April 13 (MExN): The Chümoukedima DPDB meeting was held under the chairmanship of Advisor, Urban Development & Municipal Affairs, Zhaleo Rio at DC’s Conference Hall, Chümoukedima on April 13.
At the meeting, a DIPR report stated that Advisor Zhaleo Rio said, “Chümoukedima as a new district, his priority is to make it a modern model district” and as the DPDB Chairman, “he is ready and willing to guide and help in whatever ways he can.”
Zhaleo appealed to various departments to continue with their work in true spirit for the betterment of their Department as well as the district. He also urged the Departments to come forward, extend full support in the various central schemes and highlight in the meeting as a sign of good gesture and transparency.
He further encouraged all the departments to come forward with their positive views and suggestions to serve the people and for the betterment and development of the district.
During the meeting, the house reviewed the last meeting and approved the recognition of Vihoshe village under Dhansiripar Sub- division Chümoukedima. Other agenda deliberated at the meeting were registration of Magi Star Group Society at Tenyiphe- II Village, recognition of Rankanyan and Longsen village under Dhansiripar and were approved by the house. Recognition of Shikato village will be discussed at the next meeting after it is authenticated and verified.
DAO (Agriculture) will be presenting the Departmental activities in the next DPDB meeting. The house further decided to hold the monthly meeting every 10th of the month.
