Kohima, November 25 (MExN): Christ King Church, Kohima Village celebrated the Feast of Christ the King on November 25. Bishop Dr. James Thoppil, the Bishop of Kohima Diocese was present as the main celebrant, stated a press release from Ketsuse Belho.
During the Holy Eucharist, 44 children received the Holy Communion for the first time and 43 parishioners received the Sacrament of Confirmation.
“According to the Catholic, Christ the King Feast is the last Sunday of the Ordinary season and from next Sunday onward, the Advent season will begin in preparing for Christmas,” the release also stated.
