Dimapur, May 18 (MExN): The Chumukedima Town Council today in a press release said that as per the request of land owners, the administration, advisors of the Council and GBs of Chumukedima Town had considered their cases on humanitarian ground and granted a grace period. Accordingly, the land owners are directed to start removing/dismantling the structure etc from the day of receipt of this directive within May 31, 2011. CTC Chief Advisor Thepfulhoutuo Shuya in the press release stated that failing which the Chumukedima Town Council authority on behalf of the general public interest shall have no option but will be compelled to dismantle the structure etc after the expiry of the mentioned notification for “beautification of the Town and ease the traffic congestion as per the Municipal provision law and act.”
