DIMAPUR, JAN 18 (MExN): The leaders of CKS and KU held a consultative meeting under the aegis of the Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organization (ENPO) on January 17 at Tourist Lodge, Dimapur.
The meeting deliberated on various issues related to long standing Tobu Village crisis and arrived at a decision to maintain total peace between the parties and pave the way for permanent solution stated K.Janger, In-charge, Press & Publicity, ENPO in a release.
The meeting further resolved that the next meeting would be held at a mutually agreed location with the participation of neighbouring villages and to make a declaration to facilitate resumption of cultivation to the local denizens of the affected area stated Janger.
It was further resolved that the ENPO would take appropriate step with the government for the shifting of the ADC Head-Quarters at Tobu.
