Mon, April 14 (MExN): Thanksgiving programme for MLA CL John from 45 Tehok Assembly Constituency was held on April 10 at Chenmoho village in Mon district.
The MLA thanked God for his “unceasing blessings” bestowed upon him throughout the recently concluded assembly election. He extended gratitude to all his supporters, electorates, and rank and file of NPF 45 Tehok Assembly Constituency for reposing faith in his leadership by electing him for three consecutive terms, informed a press release from the MLA’s press secretary. John also thanked all the well wishers, near and dear ones, and church workers for their “relentless prayer support” and moral and physical support.
Meanwhile, he appealed to all the citizens and electorates of 45 Tehok A/C to “forgive each other whoever hurt by the election and political propaganda throughout the recently concluded election process,” the release said.
He prayed that the citizens of his assembly constituency irrespective of “winner and loser or ruling and opposition” will work hand in hand for constant development and peaceful coexistence in the constituency and that they will uphold the Christian ethics and democratic means.
The MLA, according to the release, committed to deliver justice and work with utmost sincerity and dedication for the welfare of the people. He appealed to the people for their continued prayer support and cooperation, the release added.
