The mission to clean the waste accumulated at Doyang River by Doyang Clean Mission Warriors, the task persisted as planned. Advisor of Agriculture and Chairman of DPDB Wokha, Mhathung Yanthan paid a visit to the site accompanied by the members of Wokha DPDB on June 10.
He engaged with the team members of Clean Doyang Mission and interacted with them.
Advisor Mhathung Yanthan also donated to show support to the working team. Additionally, he commended the efforts of all Clean Doyang Mission warriors and urged the local community to participate voluntarily.
Moreover, the Divisional Forest Officer (Forest) also donated to the cause as a gesture of appreciation towards the team.
The warriors of Clean Doyang Mission expressed their gratitude to MLA Mhathung and the Divisional Forest Officer for their support, which uplifted their morale. They anticipate and hope for increased community participation in the mission tomorrow.
