CM Chang urges to work together for development

Tuensang, April 27 (MExN): A thanksgiving service for CM Chang, Minister of Forest & Climate Change and Parliamentary Affairs was held in Noksen village on April 21.

Chang thanked the voters for re-electing him to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly. At this juncture, he stated, the people should forget about political party differences and thank God for the blessing so that they can all work together in a cohesive manner and with a shared vision for solving common problems and bringing development in the area.

“Rather than concentrating on individual gains, one should think of the bigger picture and work together for overall area and community development,” the Minister asserted, according to a press release.

Some of the examples he cited were upgrading existing schools and building new ones where students can benefit from rich and meaningful learning, improving roads to improve connectivity and bring economic development, building hospitals so that patients have easy and quick access to medical care, and obtaining reliable and clean sources of water supply, the release added.
