Kohima, November 14 (MExN): Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has mourned the demise of Supongtula who passed away on November 13. Supongtula is the mother of Sentiyanger Imchen, ACS and Finance Commissioner, Government of Nagaland.
A condolence message received here on Monday stated that Supongtula was a caring and supportive wife, mother and grandmother who stood by her family through all kinds of situations. “She was a strong and prayerful woman. We will miss her presence but will remember her with fond and happy memories for all times to come and we are thankful to God for the wonderful and loving person she was,” the message read.
Rio conveyed condolences on behalf of his family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.
