KOHIMA, JUNE 10 (MExN): During the present tenure of the DAN government, in spite of severe fund constraints, some important projects like Commissioner’s Office, Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Kohima and Mon will be completed shortly, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio told during an official function at Kohima recently.
Deputy Commissioner’s offices at Dimapur, Longleng, Peren, Mokokchung and Phek have also been taken up and will be completed as per schedule.
Beside that Deputy Commissioner’s residence at Longleng, Kiphire, GA Rest house at Kiphire, Tuensang, Aboi, Tobu, Tseminyu, Dimapur, Tuli, Kubulong Satakha, Tamlu and flat type quarters for officials at Dimapur, Kiphire, Longleng are completed, he said.
GA Rest House at Mokokchung. Tizit, Thonoknyu, Bhandari and flat type quarters at Mokokchung, Wokha and Zunheboto will also be completed soon. In addition, various type of functional and non-functional buildings for ADC/SDO (C) EAC have also been taken up in many administrative centres, some of which are completed and others under construction, Rio added.
