Dimapur, March 7 (MExN): The Central Nagaland Students' Association (CNSA) on Saturday extended support to the Nagaland GB Federation (NGBF), in its call for a peace rally for an early Naga political solution.
The CNSA inviting to conduct peace rally in every district headquarters including Meluri and Tseminyu sub-Division on March 9 at 10 am.
The CNSA statement expressed strong support the NGBF and requested its three federating units- LSU, AKM and SKK to give full cooperation towards the Federation’s call for a peaceful rally.
CNSA also strongly appealed to the appealing to the Government of India (GoI) for an early Naga political solution through peace and unity, terming it “a much awaited dream of the Nagas.”
NCD informs on peace rally
The Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) has appealed to all Naga tribes-based organization, senior leaders and tribal intellectuals to participate in the peace rally called by the Nagaland GB Federation on March 9 without fail.
The NCD on Saturday also appealed for all to come with their respective tribal attires on the day of the rally. The public gathering is being organized by Nagaland GB federation on March 9 from 9:30 am at DC Court Junction, Dimapur, at the backdrop of demand for early Naga political solution.
