
Kohima, March 23 (MExN): The Department of Environment, Forest & Climate Change in a notification informed that the Government of Nagaland has constituted High Level Inter Agency Co-ordination Committee to promote Inter-Agency Co-ordination to control poaching and illicit wildlife trafficking in the state.
The committee will be headed by Chief Secretary as Chairman. The members include Principal Secretary/Commissioner & Secretary/ Secretary, Environment, Forests & Climate Change; PCCF & HoFF, Nagaland; Wildlife Warden, Nagaland; Inspector General of Police (Crime) O/o DGP; Commissioner of Excise and Director, Prohibition, Dimapur; General Manager, NST; Inspector General of Police, Assam Rifles, Kohima; Superintendent of Post Office, Nagaland Division; Inspector General of Police, Border Security Force (BSF) Frontier HQ, Mizoram and Cachar, PO, Arunachal, Silchar; Inspector General of Police, CRPF, Khatkhati; Joint General Manager (AERO), Airport Authority of India, Dimapur Airport; Commissioner of Customs, Commissionerate of Customs (Preventive), NER, Shillong, Meghalaya; Joint Director, SIB, Near TCP Gate, Kohima; Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Chandmari, Guwahati; Assistant Security Commissioner, RPF, Dimapur Railway Station; Joint Director, Zonal Office, Enforcement Directorate, Guwahati; Deputy Commandant, CISF, Dimapur Airport.
