Mon, July 15 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Mon, Thavaseelan K IAS has notified that a committee has been constituted for examining opportunities for re-employment of returnees to Mon District from various parts of the country and enhancement of the local economy in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The committee constitutes: Sub-Divisional Officer (C) (Development)-Convener; Sub-Divisional Officer (C) (Establishment) -Co-Convener; Extra Assistant Commissioner (Development) - Member Secretary; Extra Assistant Commissioner (Judicial); Project Director, DRDA, Mon; District Employment Officer, Mon; President, Mon Chamber of Commerce and Industry; President, Konyak Union; President, KNSK; President, KSU; District Agriculture Officer, Mon; District Horticulture Officer, Mon; District Fisheries Officer, Mon; Chief Veterinary Officer, Mon; Principal, ITI, Mon; and District Land Resources Officer, Mon.
“The Committee will deliberate on the issue and submit its report within 1 month of the date of issue of this order,” the DC stated.
