Representatives from various organizations gathered for the dedication of the community ambulance, a valuable healthcare resource for Jalukie 'B'.
DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 8 (MExN): A dedication ceremony for a newly introduced community ambulance took place today at the residence of Jushua in Jalukie 'B'. Organized by the Zeliangrong Baudi Nagaland, the event saw attendance from numerous community groups, including the Zeme Council, Rongmei Council, Kuki Inpi, Zeliangrong Mipui Organisation, Zeliangrong Students' Union Nagaland, Zeliangrong Youth Organisation Nagaland, and representatives from the National Congress Party in Peren District.
K Akhang, President of Zeliangrong Baudi (AMN), and Namrachang Hegui, President of the Congress Party, Peren District, addressed the gathering. They both extended their thanks to S Supong Meren Jamir, Member of Parliament for Lok Sabha, for his generous support and dedication to the welfare of Peren District’s residents.
In a symbolic act, Pastor Gaibung, Director of the Seventh Day Adventist Church for the Nagaland Region, blessed the ambulance. The initiative aims to improve emergency medical response and enhance healthcare access within the community.
