Kohima, May 22 (MExN): The District Mission Authority (DMA), Samagra Shiksha, Kohima under the aegis of Nagaland Education Mission has directed all the principal/ headmaster/ head teacher/ teacher-in-charge of GHSS /GHS/ Central & Private Schools/ GMS/ GPS under Kohima district that compilation of Unified District Information System of Education Plus ( (UDISE +) 2021-22 is to be filled up by the concerned schools as nominated by school authority in the Data Capture Format (DCF) as usual.
Correct data collection of school in the UDISE+ is vital for all education planning purpose and accurate & authentic data should be furnished which determines the Performance Grading Index (PGI) of the state.
UDISE+2021-22 should be taken as September 30 and all result should be of academic year 2020.
Briefing and training of UDISE+ in DCF will take place from May 25 in EBRCs/block wise; May 25 (9:30 am) at EBRC Sechu-Zubza Hall for all schools under EBRC Sechu-Zubza; May 26 (9:30 am) at EBRC Viswema Hall for all schools under EBRC Viswema; May 27 (9:30 am) at EBRC Chiephobozou Hall for all schools under EBRC Chiephobozou; May 30 (9:30 am) at TM GHSS Kohima auditorium for all schools under EBRC L Khel Kohima; and May 31 (9:30 AM) at EBRC Tseminyu Hall for all schools under EBRC Tseminyu.
Emilo Patton, District Education Officer -Cum- District Project Co-ordinator DMA, SS Kohima has requested all concerned schools to attend the one day orientation without fail as per scheduled. The heads of schools for submission of filled up UDISE + 2021-22 DCF to respective EBRCs is on or before June 6 and EBRCs to DMA SS Kohima is on June 9 after thorough scrutiny of the entire format with seal and signed by the school authority.
Stating that this is a yearly exercise within the time line set by Ministry of Education, Patton requested all concerned to take up the matter on top priority.
