PHEK, AUGUST 6 (MExN): Consumers in Phek district have raised concerns over poor telecom services, citing persistent network fluctuations, call drops, and lack of internet connectivity since July 2025.
Local residents, including students, business communities, and the general public, have reported that the unreliable network has severely affected daily activities that rely on stable internet and mobile communication. In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Phek District Chamber of Commerce and Industry urged telecom service providers and concerned authorities to take immediate steps to improve network connectivity in the district.
“We appeal to the concerned authorities to deliver proper and stable network services at the earliest,” said Thupuhu Venuh, Vice President of the Phek District Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
