Kohima, January 24 (MExN): Principal Secretary Home, Abhijit Sinha, IAS has informed that the Republic Day celebration function at Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza shall be attended compulsorily by all the officers and staff of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat.
As per DIPR report, all the Administrative Heads of Department are requested to take attendance of their respective staff and officers and make arrangements for submitting/handing over the attendance sheet to M Lisechem Sangtam, Joint Secretary, Home SAB/Neingulie Krome, Under Secretary, Home SAB positively by 11:00 am in the Secretariat Plaza ground itself. Supervisor will take attendance for the other grade IV staff (Nagaland Civil Secretariat).
M Lisechem Sangtam, Joint Secretary Home SAB (9436612567), and Neingulie Krome, Under Secretary, Home SAB (7085190545) will be present at Secretariat Plaza.
All the Administrative Heads of Department have been requested to make their officers and staff aware that absence from the Republic Day celebration without any valid reason will be viewed “very seriously, and appropriate action against such officers/staff shall be taken.”
Transportation of officers & staff
The Secretariat staff buses shall pick up the employees from their respective pick up points by 8:00 am. The officials are further directed to attend the evening programme of the day compulsorily.
